Turkey provides only 4 out of 22 criteria according to the Trans-Rights European Index 2016 prepared by Transgender Europe (TGEU). TGEU also prepared a report about Trans Murders Monitoring, Turkey is the 8th country with the highest number of trans crimes in the world.
